FGCARC ‘in person’ meetings are normally held at 7:30 PM at the Hillsborough County Public Safety Operations Complex (PSOC) located at 9450 E. Columbus Dr., Tampa, FL 33619.

All amateurs who are interested in helping plan for the annual Tampa Bay Hamfest are welcome to attend. Be aware that this facility has tight security. Follow posted instructions for entry.
Meetings usually last 60 to 90 minutes.
Following is the list of meeting dates for 2026.
Meetings are on the last Wednesday of the month.(Except December)
All meetings will be available on GoTo Video conferencing online meeting room.
The Hamfest will be held at the Strawberry Festival grounds in Plant City.
Any changes to this schedule will be posted on this website.
There will be no meeting in February, April, May, June and August, 2025.
