Forms and complete rules are available at http://www.arrl.org/awards/  – ARRL Awards Program

IARU Award Rules and Application can be found here.

There are several ways you can receive credit using different methods. See below.

  1.  You are encouraged to use the On Line DXCC application. You will save time and money over the old paper application. As you enter the cards keep them in that order. NO MORE SORTING! Pay on-line, print and bring the completed application, cards and SASE to the Card Checkers.
  2.  ARRL LoTW at http://www.arrl.org/logbook-of-the-world here.
  3.  Paper Forms. Download the interactive application form here and use the record sheet here  to list your QSL cards. Your cards MUST first be sorted in the following order:     Band; Mode within each band; Cards with more than one QSO (multiples), keep together at the end. There is no specific sort order for multiples.

For example:  List all 80m CW cards, then all 80m phone cards, then all 80m RTTY (digital) cards. Next list all 40m CW cards, then list all 40m phone cards, followed by your 40m digital cards.

Once sorted, list the cards on the record sheet in exactly the same order in which they were sorted.

Note: Do not sort cards by callsign or by entity (country) name.

Sorting and listing your cards according to these rules helps streamline the data entry process.

Bring an SASE with postage to cover your application addressed as follows:

DXCC Desk,  ARRL HQ
225 Main Street
Newington, CT
06111-1400

Field Checkers may check current and deleted entities including 160m QSOs.
